Pelican in Texas

Pelican on the Texas Shore

Watching the pelicans along the Texas shore was an exciting time. They were frequently lifting off the shore to fly into the sky just to suddenly dive into the water. Watching them catch the fish  was so amazing. These are the brown pelicans. The brown pelicans dive for their food while the white pelicans swim on the surface of water to get their fish.
