This  is Yellowstone Lake. It is in Yellowstone Park.  This the where most of the water from the Yellowstone geysers and all the steam pots flow

into.  The water temperature close to the lake is much warmer than when it going into Yellowstone river.  These pictures were taken in the rain.  Along the shore of the Yellowstone lake are numerous steam pots. Most of the mist noted in the  pictures are from the numerous steam pots on  the shore of Yellowstone Lake.
